Experimental Weaving Workshop

We have a wonderful Experimental Weaving Workshop coming up on July 2nd

This is an exciting opportunity to learn the basics of weaving, using small table top looms, with Stroud School of Art textiles and fashion tutor Lichen Davenport. This Frame Loom Workshop is perfect for those who want to come and have fun learning a new craft, in a relaxed and inspiring studio space. You will be provided with a small frame loom to work on then  shown how to put a warp onto your loom, after you've completetd this Lichen will go through various techniques you can use to create your woven design. During the workshop, you will experiment with colour and interesting textures using a multi-media, sustainable approach to your work as well as exploring a range of techniques and processes within woven textiles.
